  • What is my current lead time?
    Current lead time for products is 1-2 weeks. However, crocheted items and custom orders will take 4-6 weeks to fulfill.
  • What brand is used for the clothing material?
    We use Gildan, Comfort Colors, and Bella+Canvas for our products. All brands are in unisex sizes.
  • Can I provide my own clothing?
    No, unfortunately our products can only be done on the material provided by us.
  • Return Policy:

  • Order Cancellations:
    Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as we start working on orders right away. For more information on cancellations and return policies, please refer to the bottom of this page for our Store Policies.
  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?
    An order confirmation will be sent to the given email upon payment. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, extra shipping costs may apply.
